Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.


Processing and Delivery Times

All orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking information is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Estimated delivery time within Sweden: 6–12 business days

Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's specified collection period (typically 7–14 days), it may be returned to our warehouse.

A handling fee may be charged to cover return shipping, administration, and handling costs.

We recommend collecting your parcel even if you intend to return the product, as this helps make the return process faster and easier.


Damaged Shipments and Delivery Errors

If your parcel or product arrives damaged, please:
