Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing and Delivery Times
All orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after your order has been confirmed.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. If tracking is available from the carrier, your tracking information will also be included.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, public holidays, promotional periods, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Collagenluv offers free standard shipping on all orders within Sweden.

Order Tracking

Unclaimed Parcels
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier's designated holding period (typically 7–14 days), it will be returned to our warehouse.
A SEK 149 handling fee will be charged to cover return shipping, administration, and handling costs.
We recommend collecting your parcel even if you intend to return the product, as this simplifies and speeds up the return process.
Damaged Shipments and Delivery Errors
If your parcel or product is damaged upon delivery, please:
- ✓ Report the damage to the shipping carrier or collection point as soon as possible.

- ✓ Include photos of both the packaging and the damaged product.
If you receive the wrong product or if any items are missing from your order, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
International Shipping
At this time, Collagenluv ships within Sweden only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, separate shipping terms, delivery times, and fees may apply.
Our Responsibility
Collagenluv is responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to you.
If a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist you by providing a replacement product or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
